Job Description:
A digital recruitment firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager. This is a senior role, with the successful candidate expected to shape and refine the company’s marketing strategy and lead a team in implementing it. We’re looking for an SEO expert with a knack for crafting compelling content that drives traffic and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the recruitment industry, possessing a deep understanding of its unique challenges, opportunities, and dynamics. They should have a track record of success in leveraging digital channels to grow brands, engage audiences, and drive recruitment success. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
This role includes responsibility for all marketing activities, including brand management, corporate communications, product marketing, public relations, digital marketing and social media.
The position is full time and based in our pet-friendly Houston, United States office. Non-resident candidates must be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing company-wide marketing strategy
- Leading a team of marketing professionals
- Building brand reputation and recognition
- Driving traffic and conversions through the creation of SEO friendly content
- Measuring, reporting and optimizing marketing performance
- Launching and managing campaigns across digital channels

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in marketing or related field and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role.
They should be experienced in managing SEO, able to demonstrate a record of success in growing brand visibility, driving traffic, and creating SEO-friendly content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with strong leadership abilities.
